地震による現在のホテルの状況
fav KUMAMOTO ご利用者様各位
2026年7月28日に発生した地震により被害に遭われた皆さまに、心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
現在の営業状況および、館内施設・周辺交通機関の状況、各種お問い合わせ方法について、下記のとおりお知らせいたします。

1.営業状況および館内の安全性について
現時点では、一部備品の破損がありましたが、主要構造部分に異常は確認されておらず、営業に支障はございません。
また、備品破損が発生した客室に関しては、現在ご利用を停止し、安全が確認された客室および共用部のみを使用して営業しております。
2.インフラ・館内主要設備の状況
・電気：客室および共用部ともに通常どおりご利用いただけます。
・水道：客室および共用部ともに通常どおりご利用いただけます。
・ガス：ガス設備は安全が確認されており、給湯稼働しております。
・エレベーター：現在復旧しております。
現在も余震が発生しており、復旧後も一定以上の揺れを検知した場合には、安全確保のため自動停止する場合がございます。
・インターネット（Wi-Fi）：館内全域でご利用可能ですが、通信状況により一時的に接続しづらくなる場合がございます。

Please find below the latest information regarding our current operating status, the condition of our facilities, transportation services, and contact information.

1. Hotel Operations and Building Safety
At this time, while minor damage to some furnishings has been confirmed, no abnormalities have been found in the building’s main structural components, and our hotel remains operational.
Guest rooms where damage to furnishings occurred have been taken out of service. We are operating using only guest rooms and public areas that have been confirmed safe.
2. Status of Utilities and Hotel Facilities
Electricity
Available throughout all guest rooms and public areas as usual.
Water Supply
Available throughout all guest rooms and public areas as usual.
Gas / Hot Water
The gas system has been confirmed safe, and hot water service is operating normally.
Elevator
The elevator is now back in service.
Please note that aftershocks are still occurring. Even after elevator service resumes, the system may automatically stop if significant seismic activity is detected in order to ensure guest safety.
Internet (Wi-Fi)
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. However, temporary connectivity issues may occur depending on network conditions.
